Here's are some tips on how to get ready images ready to submit all during the year.
Look over the attached schedule for each of our magazines. Note the genres and ages accepted for each.

Take a few minutes and write the dates down in your calendar
Start a folder on your computer now for each of our magazines. (Name Your Folders - a. Senior Year Magazine,
b. Teen Years Magazine and c. Infinity Photography Magazine
As you do a session and go through your session images, make a copy of your favorites images and throw them into the magazine folders so that you'll be ready when the submission date arrives.
NOTE: High School seniors can be submitted to all three magazines.
Set an alarm/notification so that you are notified one week before the submission date - that way, you won't be caught off guard and you'll have plenty of time to get ready,
HOW to name your images: Name each image with your full studio name - (with correct spacing and correct capitalization) followed by a dash - and then the Model's first name and last name with a space between the first and last name.
We will copy and paste your studio name and the model's first and last name so be sure you have your studio name listed EXACTLY as you want it printed (correct punctuation and spacing). Variety is key to submitting.
If you have more than one image of the same person, simply put a number after their name
Example of how to name images:
Chuck Williams Photography - Julie Smith 1
Chuck Williams Photography - Julie Smith 2
THE ELITE 100 PHOTOGRAPHERS - TOP 100 PHOTOGRAPHERS OF 2026
will again be selected at the end of the year.
These top 100 photographers will be chosen based on photographers who submitted to our magazines all during the year.
